Stella Artois Perfect Serve: Wimbledon Elegance and the Bartenders’ Championship Final

When you win the bid to produce the national final of the Stella Artois Perfect Serve, you know the result must be absolutely flawless. That’s exactly what the five-step ritual of pouring this iconic beer is. At Prague’s Občanská plovárna, we were tasked with organizing an elegant competition featuring the nine best bartenders from across the country. Our goal was not only to oversee the competition but to deliver a tasteful, premium event with an authentic Wimbledon atmosphere. This clearly confirmed to our clients that they had placed their trust in the right hands.

We took full responsibility for the entire production of the event. We handled the complete day-of coordination, from fine-tuning the script for host Daniela Brzobohatá to providing the behind-the-scenes, yet absolutely crucial, technical support. To perfectly capture the tennis atmosphere, we handled the complete branding of the venue.

From wayfinding signage to the stage itself. We created a brand-new, custom-designed photo booth. We dressed the hostesses stylishly in tennis outfits and designed themed food stations. The highlight of the program was an interview with a special guest: tennis star Barbora Strýcová, who even tried her hand at the championship pour live on stage alongside the host.

An Experience from the Very First Step and Crisis Management: We arranged luxury accommodations for the finalists, with a scheduled boat transfer directly to the swimming pool. When the boat trip was disrupted by a sudden technical malfunction, our production team quickly arranged an alternative mode of transportation without disrupting the smooth flow or the exclusivity of the entire day.

Attention to Detail: We prepared a bold welcome drink that unexpectedly and brilliantly combined a small poured Stella with classic Wimbledon strawberries and mascarpone. At the same time, we arranged for the production of the winner’s trophy, on-site engraving of glasses, and complete video profiles for social media.

While the winners were decided by a panel of experts, we made sure the day ended on a perfect note. The finals seamlessly transitioned into a relaxed afterparty with live music. Stella Artois Perfect Serve simply confirmed our precision and exuded style from the very first poured glass right through to the very end.
